My daughter just had surgery at this hospital to correct her scoliosis. Her care was top notch. Everyone was friendly, from the food service workers to the cleaning staff. The nurses were excellent. I can't begin to say how much we loved Ema, Ashley & Scott. They were amazing. Mark was a Godsend, though. They were all amazing, but I feel that Mark made the biggest impact on our stay & on my daughter's recovery. He was on top of everything, all the time. He truly cares & he wanted her to succeed. Getting him as a nurse was the turning point of our stay. He was a true blessing & we will never forget him. Thank you Ema, Ashley (we LOVE YOU!), Scott (You ROCK), and especially Mark (you are the GREATEST!!!)

Amazing team that heals my son, the incredible surgeon Fisher and the wonderful doctors of anesthesia too. I could not fail to mention to the nurses: Michelle, Mark, Ajani, Claudie and the others who make this days really better. Thank you for your help and I can never thank you enough.

We have been here almost an hour and we have only seen a nurse. They are much better with infants as one who shared our triage room was immediately treated than their concern for our teenager. Would have been better off at our local hospital than this facility. I had a much different idea of how we would be cared for. They did make sure we signed a paper saying it was 748 without even seeing a doctor. Still waiting. Perhaps they should post their crazy fees as the nurse offered us Motrin 45 minutes ago and we haven’t gotten that yet either. Glad they got their primary billing taken care of before we could see a doctor. Let’s hope they treat the other children better than this!!! Think twice before coming to this ER!!!! They confirmed flu for patient sharing our room and will not move us. Dr said it’s ok everyone has the flu and you were probably exposed in the waiting room. No we weren’t as there was no one here when we arrived. 1 3/4 and we have a dose of Motrin and have been exposed to flu and billed 748! Still waiting to have CT scan.

Never before in all my life had I been so long, so poorly treated, and so unhealthy in a hospital, my arrival time 11:30 when finally 5:30 pm to do a scan. The Cuban nurse tells my husband that In Cuba, he would have had to wait longer for this procedure, something totally disrespectful of him after we both claimed him for the 4th time, waiting so excessively to obtain the results, and this male nurse named David in emergencies is the least professional person known In this country he told us the issue that in Cuba it is worse than here what I would have the right to complain, I really say it and I swear on the health of my son, never come to this hospital, there are many others I assure you you will not go through this horrible moment what you would avoid remembering for your whole life, March 8,2020 I give a star because there is no subtraction

My 10 year old daughter and I had a wonderful experience here. Not only are the doctors thorough, they are caring and considerate as well. We had some of the most amazing nurses during our stay. I cannot say enough good things about the Child Life team, also. They made sure my daughter was entertained, informed and comfortable during her stay and procedure. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs care for their child.
