My family was working with David Gonzalez at this location, getting everything together for my older sister who passed in June. I REGRET working with them!!!!! when ordering the headstone, we told David exactly what we wanted on it and where we wanted things placed. my parents and I were all in the room with him when describing the details, so I really do not understand where things went wrong. The proof was later emailed and signed by my father. we were then told we would get a call when it was installed, of course that never happened. come to find out my sister’s picture was never even placed on the headstone. the MOST important part of it. I messaged David personally to ask about the headstone because i sent him the picture of my sister that we wanted on there & since we never got a call that it was installed, of course he never got back to me. I decided to go around him and speak to his manager which is Mely. I honestly do not think these people understand that this is a sensitive matter. even though it was a mistake, my family and i felt disrespected by the fact that the orders were not taken properly!!!! When confronting David about what happened he blamed my family for not looking at the proof before signing. Ok, i understand that’s where we went wrong. we should have NEVER trusted him with this process. Mely offered to add a picture to the headstone on the side. are you serious?????? the picture was supposed to be the main part of the headstone!!!! we had to start our order all over again, pay some more money & wait for the new one to arrive. BIGGEST REGRET EVER!!!!

On January 13, we stopped in to pay our respects to a family member, who passed recently. This was the first time our family used this funeral home . I was very impressed with the service and the way services were provided to our family. They showed true concern for my family at a terrible time, the staff was very friendly courteous and supportive of us. I found the grounds to be very well maintained. I met with family service advisor Ms. Hatina who answered several questions we had about other services they provided she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. I definitely recognize great service and commitment by its employees.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the staff, Mely, Nick, & Kevin for treating my family with respect and dignity during these trying times. The pandemic presented unforeseen challenges that the staff helped us navigate. - The Iannazzone Family
This place isn't what it used to be. We used them back in 2012 and had a wonderful experience with Cesar. Now he is no longer with them and we had a terrible experience with \Mely\ in July. Not only did they totally drop the ball on flower arrangements and informed us RIGHT BEFORE the service, \Mely\ was very rude and inconsiderate in a funeral setting. You would think a funeral director would be nothing be compassionate and nice but this was not the case with Mely. If we didn't already have burial plots reserved we would of never used them and entrusted our funeral service to \Mely\!
Professional - compassionate - and willing to go that extra mile to satisfy an individuals needs. Nick Brunetti was outstanding and is an asset to this professional organization. My wife and I are happy with the results. Thank you all.
