DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE!!! I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR BUT I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE MAKES THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM HERE. OUR OFFICE ORDERED A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT FOR A FRIEND WHO'S HUSBAND IS HANGING ON DUE TO COVID. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE EMBARRASSED BY THE ARRANGEMENT THAT WAS DELIVERED TO HER!!! IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT WE ORDERED AND WAS NOTHING BUT AN ARRANGEMENT OF WILTED FLOWERS AND YELLOW RIBBON. DO NOT ORDER!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They over charged my boyfriend for the bouquet for starters. Secondly they tried to ask him to work for them while making his purchase. The flowers water was disgusting the day they were made and brought home. A proper and experienced florist knows that they need to remove the excess leaves from the stems to prevent bacteria growth and from suffocating the flowers in the water. This was not done. The flowers are now all but dead after 1 and a half days. The ribbon is cheap looking as well. I can make a far better arrangement going to Walmart and spending 30 to make a larger and healthier bouquet. This business should be ashamed. Please take the time to correctly arrange your flowers or hire someone who knows what they are doing.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE. My parents ordered me a dozen red roses surprise for my birthday and paid close to 100 for the bouquet to be delivered. When they inquired why I didn't call them to thank them for the flowers I said what flowers. that's when the investigation of what happened began. We located the delivery person and he showed up at 9.30pm when I was already sound asleep and delivered an EMBARRASSINGLY HORRENDOUS roses, similar to ones you buy at gas station rest stop when you're in a bind, stems cut in half and stuffed into a vase that look have to spent all day in a back of a doordash or uber driver. ON TOP OF THIS, when we disputed this experience, an ANGRY WOMAN called me the next day claiming I received a second set of roses (which I didn't) and accusing me of lying! if I received the roses as advertised and at normal hours, would I be bothering to write all of this, NO. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE OR THE ANGRY ACCUSIVE WOMAN. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I am a nurse with Adventist and I got off of work and wanted to surprise my GF with flowers and some balloons with maybe a bear. I wanted to go to her job and just surprise her with something to make her smile. So I looked for a flower shop and came across a flower shop so I stopped but they were closed. I looked online to see what else could possibly be open at this time and I found flower fantasy. So then I called and I knew I wanted 2 dozen roses . So the phone rang and a woman picks up, and I ask are you open? N explained what happened with the other shop and she says, will you get there in 10 min I said yes im omw. I was curious about blue roses, so I asked her do you have blue flowers? She said, there is no such thing as blue roses ma'am, I said oh I know there isn't but there are some places that are very creative and make different colors, but as I was telling her that she rudely with a higher pitch voice and said, YOU NEED TO MAKE YOIR DECISION ON WETHER YOU WILL BE THERE OR NOT! I mean she had attitude like you wouldn't believe! So I told her I already made my decision to buy roses, it was only a question, but since your being this rude I don't want to buy anything from your shop. Thank you but bye. So I don't b recommend this place. Customer service is not good at all.

Got price gouged for Valentine's day flowers half dead, never opened. I could have bought better flowers from walmart and it wouldn't have cost me 100. Would never recommend to anyone and I defenatly will not spend a dime in here again. The pictures were taken saturday morning, 2 days after i bought them..... found the high doller vases my flowers came in

My flowers I sent for a bereevement were delivered to someone else and they were given strict instructions to not delieverr until a phone calll was made. Do not trust these people. I am turning them into the better business bureau/// They just took 60 of my money.. I need a re fund immediately so I can resend the flowers.

Awful service. For 85.00 junk Birthday flowers were delivered around 10:00 pm and only after I called the company, no appropriate ordered greeting card. This is just complete insult to the customer. Did not want to talk to me on the phone next day. Stay away from them. They operate under Blossom Flower Delivery Co.

ZERO STARS would be over rating this business. I requested a mixed arrangement, no roses . GUESS WHAT, over half of the flowers were roses. I paid in advance over 100 and this is a grocery store arrangement, certainly not the quality you would expect from a florist. These people have no idea what customer service looks like. They denied that I said NO ROSES, basically calling me the problem
