Although a final deal has not yet been made, I must share that Tarah at this dealership has been the kindest salesperson I have ever experienced when looking to buy a vehicle. I also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager who was very wise when I first said I was not 'wowed' by the feel of the driver's seat. Rather than any pressure tactics he acknowledged how important it was to feel 100% confident about a purchase. Then said, since you're here, you may want to sit in another similar vehicle since sometimes the previous owner either didn't break the leather seat in well or it may just feel different. Guess what.... We are still trying to work something out. I am not an easy customer, picky is an understatement. Courtesy is patient.
