Always a great place to dine. The food is great, the atmosphere fun and the staff is always kind and attentive. We have dined here for lunch on numerous occasions. We love the fresh seafood and Caribbean flare. Also like the fact they have indoor and outdoor dining. It’s a fun place directly in downtown Palm Harbor. We’ve heard they have great entertainment at night or on the weekends but have yet to experience this first hand.

Service was excellent and food with minor adjustments would make this 5 star. The seafood stuffed jalepenos were simply perfect. It would be even better if as an option they did them pan seared and topped with some carmelozed onions with the sauce on the side, versus breaded and fried. But still, the jalepenos were excellent as they were and get 5 stars. The grilled jerk chicken was also fresh, cooked perfect, and flavorful. 5 star there as well. The blackened fish sandwich was all around fresh too. Where things fell short and really should not have is with the side items. The slaw would have been better if apple cider vinegar based and made in house. Andrew fries were a disappointment add they need to be fresh cut in house to give the perfect dining experience. Overall great food and excellent quality with a good flavor profile, depending on the item. A few minor fixes and this establishment would be a strong 5 star experience.
We had a BLAST here! Our waitress, Mary Ellen, took incredible care of us and we were a crazy group of ladies. We sat outside around a fire pit and enjoyed a great band (Celebrity Romance). The Cracked Conch appetizer was yummy!
Our first time tonight, brought out of town guests. We were all thrilled with our appetizers and meals. Party of four and all orders were different fish dinners, all cooked to perfection! Our server was Brendan! Brendan was an excellent waiter!!!! We will be frequenting the Thirsty Marlin from here on out. I wish server’s at all restaurants were as happy and diligent as Brendan. Thank you all at the Thirsty Marlin for a wonderful night out with friends.
I went with some of my coworkers. It was our first time. Recommended by my son. The food was great! We must go again soon
