An excellent company! Great advice received prior to purchasing a hot tub. Quick and easy delivery. They advised on how to set up and start using the hot tub. Since purchasing I can ring at any time and they are more than happy to help with issues such as the correct filter purchase and have helped with advice about water treatment. Had our hot tub delivered yesterday by Arron & Reece. They were very professional and informative. They did an amazing job installing the hot tub. The service from Jamie from palm spas was excellent. The colada hot tub is a fantastic product and would highly reccomend. Thank you all so much for making our garden a bit more exotic.
Would definitely recommend Palm Spas if you are looking for a hot tub. Not only did our hot tub come in stock the day they said it would, but they even delivered it to us on the same day! Communication from start to finish was 10 out of 10. And the hot tub is absolutely amazing.Thank you Palm Spas!!
Thanks for the prompt delivery of my 5 seaters' hot tub!!! I was really not expecting such a quick delivery service but you guys did it. The quality of the hot tub is superb or I would say, it's just beyond my expectation.
What can I say other than I’m super impressed! From the first phone call with Jamie to delivery day (7th August) the Palm Spas team have been AMAZING! Big shout out to the delivery boys Aaron & Jordan they did a fab job of the install (they made it look so easy) thanks for everything guys and we hope to have many years happy tubbing!
