What a great place to hire a car. We hired a little Fiat cabrio for a couple of days to look around Puglia and the service was great, car was great fun and easy to drive. Ciao

Super and personal service! Renting a car at Palma Auto is a great experience. Although they are located in Ostuni, the rented car can be delivered and picked up at the kiss&fly area just in front of the Brindisi airport. Next time you need a rental car when flying into Brindisi, have a look at Palma Auto. And English speaking too.

Paola is extremely professional and responsive. She met us at the Ostuni train station and took us to her office to complete paperwork, which was short and very straightforward. The car was great! A red Fiat. We enjoyed touring the area in it and felt very safe. Definitely go this route rather than using an American company. With Palma Auto, you will get much more personalized service. We will definitely hire them again!

Unfortunately my holidays were cancelled due to the pandemic but at least I had full refund and great support from Paola . She's professional, reactive and trustworthy ! I can only recommend Palma Auto and will surely contact Paola for my next trip. Ciao !

I highly doubt you will find better customer service than what Paola offers. Her friendly, caring approach is at the same time professional. Although I only hired a bike to get around Ostuni for a couple of days, the level of personalised attention was second to none.She even dropped me back off to my accommodation after the rental ended! Thank you Paola, will definitely use your services again, it was a pleasure to meet you!
