A beautiful square which we are told is the largest of its kind in Brazil. The palace is the center of the government in Palmas and the broader region. Apart from its beauty and design, it is a great park to jog around, however, do so in the morning or night as it becomes too hot during the day.

Leide gave an awesome tour. I learned quite a bit about Tocantins. The glass mosaics are incredible and are some of the prettiest I've ever seen. The praça this sits on is the third largest in the world and is the largest in Latin America. It's easy to spend 1-2 hours here.
