Having been at university for 4 years and having dealt with lots of student property agencies, I can confidently say that Palmer Collins was the friendliest, easiest and most reliable agency I have dealt with. Kienan is lovely, replies within 24hrs to all emails and was always a huge help with any problems. I would thoroughly recommend Palmer Collins to both students and non-students if they want a hassle-free and friendly team when finding a home!!

Three years ago when I first arrived to Exeter (my first experience in the UK; I'm American) one of the agents spent a generous amount of time giving me free, useful renting and more general living advice. I haven't otherwise used Palmer Collins' services but this is a two-man operation and in my experience the smaller letting/property agencies tend to provide more attentive, personal service than the big companies/chains.
