Horrible experience on move out! Please, be sure to read carefully your discriminating lease agreement! Even if you request a personal inspection on move out - that inspection doesn't matter... they still have the rights to charge your security deposit on anything they may decide afterwards! You will have no rights to prove there were no damages! I was moving out with my apartment cleaned and left in perfect condition, on move out I requested a personal inspection with a leasing agent - no problems were found! But later on, I received my security deposit back with a charge of 375, without any notice, for cook top replacement... which I left clean and in perfect condition except of one burner had a mild white touch, which is a reasonable wear over 5 years of hardly using this burner, and I confirmed it with many poor reviews on Whirpool electric range... they also have never responded on my requests on providing me with a receipt or any kind of invoice with proof of cook top replacement... they simply began to ignore! Also, since the pandemic quarantine they have closed all the facilities we were paying for with our rent, the swimming pool club house and gym, which is reasonable. But! we were still charged every month for these facilities, that were closed for months and months, meaning they don't have to maintain them, and if they were honest, they would refund their tenants the monthly amount. But who cares...

I highly recommend Palmer View Apartments. Jody is fabulous and has been very responsive to all questions and requests. The maintenance staff is fantastic and responds quickly to all work orders. All my neighbors are wonderful and this is a great place to live.

We are very pleased with our entire experience at Palmer View Apartments. Everyone in the Leasing Office went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were taken care of. We were especially impressed with how the management graciously accommodated all of our inquiries and concerns. The units are modern and spacious, with plenty of parking and beautiful outdoor scenery to enjoy. Excellent in every way!

My husband and I moved here 4 months ago and are very glad we did. My husband is disabled and we chose a building in The Heights with elevators and garage parking. The staff, Jim, Ed and Jody are friendly and extremely helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to respond if we have request or need. The building is maintained and cleaned on a regular weekly basis. The stainless is polished in the elevators and the hallways are clean, clear and smell fresh. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. Lots of green places to walk the dogs and people pick up after their pups. Pickup \stations\ with bags and disposal are strategically situated around the properties. Grounds are well kept and we look forward to Spring/Summer when the pool opens. Everything you need to shop for is so close and, if you don't feel like going out, just about all surrounding businesses deliver. Couldn't ask for more. So happy we moved here. Denny M.

Not a resident but I plan to be. I was given a tour and the apartments are huge and spacious, I love it. Planning for a 1 bedroom with a den which I saw omg....I wanted to move in right away. My plans for moving will be when I retire which will be in about 4 months now. So looking forward. Love that the mall is walking distance
