They have a couple doctors there who are fantastic, Dr Mass is amazing but as for the reception staff well that's another matter. There is a receptionist by the name of Tammy, who is clearly in the wrong job. She has no communication skills at all, is utterly rude and should NOT be representing this surgery or the NHS as she is the first point of call when you call this surgery. She would be more fitting in the prison service. A disgusting piece of work

Lovely surgery. However it is sometimes a struggle to get through the telephone. Have always felt well looked after and received fantastic advice.
Couple of good doctors in this surgery, if you are luckly to get them but the receptionist seem to think they are bouncers or something. Since when did receptionist become so rude, abit of politeness goes a long way
Great staff, The manager i think she is at reception was AMAZING
Amazing doctor lovely staff gives great help and fantastic advice. Very happy with my choice of GP!!!
