Just bought a Chocolate Caramel slice as a “treat” & boy what a mistake! I don’t know what you’ve done to your recipe but this is disgusting! It tastes like it has been left in a cupboard for a couple of weeks if not longer. You have the cheek to sell this to the public when we expect “you” to ensure your products are of high quality, as stated on the back of your packets, I’d say your absolutely & completely aware of this judging by the reviews. I will be letting “anyone” I know not to bother.......utterly disappointed!! ️️️

Earnest Adam's why have you changed your recipe for Brandy Snaps ? Disappointing! Hard, could break a tooth, and tasteless! Bring back the original Brandy Snap

Very disappointed in there raspberry jam slice ,, where’s the jam. Quality has gone to the pack I haven’t bought a Ernest Adam slice in a long time thought I would try one but will not buy again , prefer couplands and Kaye slices better quality

The cookies they make specifically the chocolate chip cookies gave a terrible experience and to be blunt they caused me diarrhea and I only had 4 cookies just 4. I thought it was a something else at the time but I bought them again and the same problem occurred not twice but three times
