Love it. The atmosphere, the selection of stalls. Veggie bargains to be had! Long may it last.

Just getting some Rhubarb, a mixed bag of new seasons spuds: agria, red rascal, and jersey benne, from Mingiroa Farm, which sells organic produce. They also had Asparagus and Artichokes. At another stall, I bought low acid tomatoes, a punnet of blueberries, and 3 zucchini for 2.00. A wide range of vegetables from the different vendors, and plants for sale as well. And of course, bric a brac, and wooden trays were available. But my biggest gripe is the way the Saturday market has gotten the squeeze, from being a spread out market, to a squashed up market, with the vendors having to squeeze into the spaces available. Not good at all!!!!!
