Just wanted to share my experience which was 2 plus weeks of chronic pain which intensified after 7 days. I am into week 4 now and still getting pain. All guidelines were followed, ibuprofen, rest, no exercise etc. I am still on anti-inflammatories and limited to no exercise, light duties etc to try and get things right. Contacted snip which just recommended more rest, ibuprofen but nothing further. Am now going through the GP to try and find a solution.
