I’m picky about dog boarding. Really, really picky. But, I have to absolutely rave about Tonya and crew at Palmetto Pet Center! My two dogs get soOoOo excited to come for daycare and boarding that they have full body waggles at the front door. They leave tired and so happy; it’s like they didn’t even notice I was gone!!! It’s clear to me they tailor their approach to keep play safe and pups happy. I have an skiddish Aussie who will easily tell when she has a bad experience; she’ll get clingy/whiny after boarding at bad kennels. The staff at Palmetto must give her extra love because they’re in her inner circle and she adores them! They also make boarding and daycare easy! No scheduling necessary! Just text Tonya and she responds quickly to whatever you need. They’re very affordable and don’t charge fees for odd timed pick up and drop off windows or daily treats. They do what needs to be done to keep you and the dog happy and they’re always available. Thank you Tonya, Madison, and all! I’m so thankful to have a found Palmetto Pet Center!

What a great place for your pet! We adopted our pup at 8 weeks and began bringing him to puppy play park a few weeks later. One thing about a puppy's teeth... they are sharp! Having him come to play with other 4 legged friends taught him to play nice with others, and that we are not chew toys! Great! The people here are wonderful and take special care of all of the pets. We feel confident that our pup is in good hands. What a relief to not have to worry! We highly recommend!
I have used Rebekah's care for years! She knows my pet, Ellie, and truly cares for her. They have also taken great care in checking on my kitty Amigo. As for Penny Green's review, just look at her review history. She has nothing positive to say about any company. Just saying....
Rebekah and her team at Palmetto Pet Center make our family feel such a wonderful sense of comfort when we have to leave our little guy behind for a trip. They cater to his food sensitivity and even recommended a few other veterinarians in the area that specialize in dog allergies. We also take him here twice a week for day care and he comes back fully worn out and happy. After being burned by another doggy day care, it was hard to trust people with our pup but I am so glad we did with Rebekah and the rest of the staff at Palmetto Pets!
I came across this facility at a fundraiser and I am SO glad I did! My experience so far as a client has been phenomenal. I am so impressed by the effort the staff puts into maintaining personal relationships with their clients. If anything, this is a quality I definitely want in a place I am fully trusting to care for my dog! But I have have no doubt there is any reason to worry when my dog is there. This place is great and I would recommend to anyone!
