One of the most honest auto services I've ever been to! The staff is so friendly and kind, from the front desk to the mechanics. I went to Palmetto Tire because I heard a clunking noise coming from what I thought was the suspension. Turned out my rear bumper was just loose, and the mechanics recommended some body shops. I didn't spend a dime for the diagnosis, but I wanted to write this review. I have been ripped off before at other auto shops. For anyone who has shared the frustrating experience of dishonest and money hungry auto shops, I want to assure you that Palmetto is not one of those places!! Palmetto Tire is HONEST, and they are my new go-to place for all my tire and auto needs.

Had four new tires put on, and can honestly say, this place is amazing. The staff are professional and ready to assist. I like that they are willing to work with the customer in getting what needs to be done, done. Highly recommend this business if you are in need of tires, or tire repair.

Love the customer service by Sissy. Staff friendly, and great car care. They do more than work on Tires, I have had air conditioning and other work. They do good quality work. Would recommend.

I called ahead of time and went there when I was told to and it took 2¹/² hours to get an oil change. After I waited 2 hours i was going to leave but then they told me my car was already in the back getting worked on....30 mins later i was able to leave. I would have rated it 1 star but the man at the front desk was very pleasant.
