As many told, before lockdown it took around 15 days to get tested opticals. But after lockdown, it takes only a day for testing and 2 or 3 days followed by to collect your opticals. Aadhaar card and your phone number are compulsory. After testing your eyes, you will receive an intimating message to collect your opticals to your phone number from PHC. Two times visiting is needed(one day for testing and second time for collecting the opticals.
