Took my younger pup Tuesday for an eye issue and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Took my 2 year old today for shots and Chelsea was not friendly whatsoever. I was allowed to go in Tues with my pup but not even asked today. When she brought him back out to me I said thank you very much and got no response. Idk her but maybe y’all need to give her a vacation. Oh and don’t bother using Petly as you will never get a response. I tried twice. I will continue going here for now until I can find a more caring staff although the vets here are great!

On January 9th 2021 we had to make a horrible decision to have our beloved Jake put to sleep, through the tears that morning the staff at Pamlico Animal Hospital showed the up most compassion and love to us and mostly Jake. . Please if you are thinking of having a furry family member cause thats what they are ...family... let this place assist you in caring for you babies. They are so nice a gentle...

But one receptionist that has been absolutely wonderful in helping me and been so understanding in this situation I as Saleah. She needs a permanent job doing what she is doing. I don't usually write reviews but thought i would for my first experience with a Veterinarian. Pamlico Animal Hospital was very professional and patient with me, despite being a first time pet owner and not fully understanding the needs of my Pet cat Juno. They were able to do a full examination and cleared her of ear mites, as well as giving me medicine for her intestinal issues. The staff was very friendly and the entire process was quicker than i expected. My only regret was that i didn't think to schedule a grooming session before hand. But they were kind enough to schedule one soon. They were terrific so i'm looking forward to getting Juno properly clean and trimmed.
