Great spot with affordable prices. I love Uyen as my nail Technician and Rose is amazing at doing artistic designs! Only one thing I'd prefer, is if they used sterilized equipment or individually wrapped files for the pedicures to protect from the danger of foot fungi. But for nails and service, their work is excellent! Five stars.

I will not be returning to Pamper nails, I had a mani and pedicure that were both very disappointing. I did not get the name of the lady who did my nails but the service was rushed, painful, and and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Rose is a professional staff here. She always makes me happy with natural look nail with powder. If she was more patient in apply nail polish, she became an excellent!

Im not sure about the bad reviews but in my experience the ladies working here are friendly, we did a walk in and didn't have to wait, reasonable prices, clean work. I'd say overall my experience was great.

The good: They are always available and take people without appointments. Good foot massage. The price is good. Technician paid close attention to the polish. The bad: Poor customer service. They could say hello when a customer walks in. They did not make me feel comfortable or let me know where I can sit. Technician did not introduce herself. Also I had to ask for the massage remote, they didnt offer it to me. The ugly: chairs are old and remote is stained. Cracked vinyl chairs. Low end looking.

My partner went here and had horrible experience. Didn't get what she wanted and they took over 2 hours for a full set that looked like they didn't care at all. Definitely did not feel pampered. Will not recommend.
