I have been an office worker for years and recently started manual work. My back and shoulders were extremely painful, as my body was not used to all the physical work! Having had sports massage from Jen before, I knew exactly what to do! Jen booked me in straight away and made me feel more comfortable. Her service is great, so so friendly and always does the trick! I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a professional service from someone that genuinely cares.

After suffering a back injury a year ago and it becoming increasingly worse I decided to seek help , that help I have found in Jen (@ pamper yourself) After 2 hours of appointments all I can say is wow !!! The improvements and the daily activities I can now do without even thinking about it or taking pain killers before a task . Not only is Jen totally professional, clean , polite, friendly , seriously affordable, she is also very knowledgeable and this is what I needed someone to now how to treat me . Seriously guys I call her the healing hands of god , she is amazing, she seriously knows her field of work. I will definitely be visiting Jen on a regular basis
Jen the masseuse has a very clean covid, friendly premises .spotlessly clean i have been today for acupuncture and back treatment and was professionally treated this lady is brilliant

A trip to Pamper yourself is the perfect little treat! Jennifers therapy room is warm and cosy her sports massage is both effective and relaxing which is not an easy combination! I’ll be a client long after lockdown ends!
