The Pamper Salon is NOT worth the hype. On ..11.12.2020.. I went to get my hair done. I showed the woman that did my hair a picture exactly of how I wanted my hair to be. She agreed and said that she was well able to execute it. I cannot begin to explain how bad my hair turned out. They have shortened it way to much and ruined my hair completely, nothing like the picture that was shown. I will try to insert pictures as much as I can. It affected me so much that I started to cry on the spot. All they did was to look at me and tell me that there is no staff available, they were to busy to fix my hair. So I had no choice but to leave. There was no response, no explanation, or any apologies from the staff members. The managers had a very negative attitude towards the whole situation and me. They went as far as discriminating me for not being able to express myself. I’m not a native English speaker and with the situation that I was put in it was even harder for me to get my thought together and talk. There is no excuse for the way that I was treated and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this Salon.

It was my first visit to this lovely salon. Oliver is a great hairdresser and I have received so many compliments about my new hairstyle. I was very impressed with the strict adherence to hygiene measures in these COVID-19 times and I felt very safe in the salon. Highly recommend and I'll be back.
My daughter Emily was delighted with her experience today. She loved Oliver and was very happy with his advise on her curly hair. She will definitely be back when you re-open. Paula
As always, I had a great experience while getting my hair done. I was offered & given a lovely treatment to help with hair care after my appointment & they even managed to get one of the lovely ladies to shellac my nails while the treatment was working. Everyone always so friendly & welcoming & they greet everyone with a smile. Covid rules strictly followed too.
Had a lovely experience today in Pamper yourself. Great haircut today with Larissa. Lovely to see Jason again.

I went in to get my hair cut really nervous as I had previously had bad experiences with hairdressers. Sarah took the time to listen to what I wanted. She was very professional, clearly well trained, and gave suggestions on what would look best for my hair. I came out so so happy, and will definitely be going again. Love my haircut! Thank you so much Sarah!
Sarah is 100% brilliant at her job makes me feel so relaxed and welcoming , always does a fab job on my hair . X
