We love Pampered Pet Center! We have taken our dog there since she was a puppy. She cannot wait to get out of the car when we arrive. The staff is also very accommodating and flexible when we call.

This place isn’t terrible cause my dog did come back happy and healthy however she came back filthy and the cost of my stay was almost 500 bucks. Also she now has an eye infection of some type. Like I said the place isn’t terrible for sure but I am upset about those two big things.

I had to leave my dog here for a few days when we went to Florida and I was very nervous about it. The people here made me totally at ease about leaving here. They are obvious dog lovers working here and they ask a lot of questions to make sure your dog has the best experience possible. They also make sure that all of the dogs left here have all of their shots and that made me feel a lot safer leaving my dog here as well. I will definitely use this place again!

I bring in my Bernese and Aussie for several weekend stays and they always come back happy and healthy. The staff is very friendly and the housing conditions are good. I watch my dogs on their webcams and they are frequently outside running around. Very reasonably priced compared to similar facilities.

Unexpected Visit - Just My Thoughts I was looking into the Pampered Pet Center for a home away from home for a week during our family vacation because my pooch gets car sick. So glad my 3 yr old and I just popped in. We walked in and the smell of urine just about knocked us over. My daughter grabbed her nose and said Mommy this is strong. A guy came out of what I assume was the office and started telling me about the dogs being kept inside because of the rain. Ok fine, but this smell was so over whelming...did the poor things get out at all in a week? Did the kennel get cleaned today? Just my opinion, smelled as if it had not been cleaned in several days.The temp outside was about 54 but in the building it felt like 85. You could see into the window at the dogs panting with their tongues hanging out. The person pointed out another room behind me, where I saw a tiny little guy stuck in the kennel whining. Long story short, I will never send my dog into that facility.
