Communication is excellent from all at panache pools. If you buy from them you will not be disappointed. We had a hick up with getting the levels correct and they sent someone out to have a look. Really can't ask more than that from a company. So glad we got our hot tub from them and look forward to many many happy times in it ️

there is very little that I can say about this company that has not already been said, suffice to say that the whole process from picking the spa, through to the site survey, the groundwork's and finally the delivery was done with the utmost professionalism, Jon Parker is quite possibly the nicest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, no hard sell, just honest opinions and a total no pressure approach, the spa we wanted was not in the showroom, so they ordered one in so we could try it out for size before buying, the guys doing the groundwork's were very helpful, they put up with all my annoying questions, and left the site clean and tidy, on delivery day, they were prompt, and were in and out with the spa set up and ready to be commissioned within a couple of hours, I can not recommend this team highly enough, they are certainly worth the five stars above
