Horrible 1st experience. My new quilts have come back damaged, smelling bad and still dirty (smartly they put the tag, but really we are not that dumb) . I am 100% sure that they don't even dry clean it. They would have put it in a washing machine with water only. Plus it was ridiculously priced. Moreover the number on the kacha bill cannot be reached making it impossible to share the experience with them. Anyhow, knowing goa ...I don't think they care too. Amazing how people in India think it's so cool to cheat. I wish we had more professionals and no cheaters. Pls DO NOT use this dry cleaner.
