1) Paid the amount for renewal of policy 3 days back. Yet to get the policy sent on e-mail. 2.a) Cashier is inefficient. Made two receipts for single payment, due to carelessness. 2.b) When a customer is waiting at his counter, he goes out to have a CHAT with his colleagues and returned with reluctance only after he is pointed by another colleague to the fact that there is a person waiting at the counter. 3) Normally at other places a wait for a maximum of 15 min would do to collect policy and here the duration is still going on. 4) Attempts to call this office over phone does not work. Phone keeps ringing and no one attends to the call. So far have called 5 times today. 5) I would not go there to renew my policy next time. 6) I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pathetic is the only word. Their offices never answers calls when we need them. But start calling us 1 or 2 months before the insurance is due for renewal. Insurance is not your cup of tea.

Insurance company. Its on 3rd floor uses Lift Parking problem when u need to show ur bike if ur insurance gets Expired Taking photos inside office is not allowed..
