Worst customer service. They have dead people working here. You scream or shout they cannot hear you. If you are a calm person and want to active your angry side, visit this place. For money they can call you 1000 times daily, but when you want something they become handicap. No proper lunch timing notice given anywhere. They only know to waste your time. Worst worst WORST PEOPLE WORKING HERE!!!!

Very bad company once Ur loan is clear than also they diduct money from ur account yearly giving some silly reason I tried to cancel it and also gave application they don't work on that till date they diduct my money with no reason

One of the worst service. So many times i told them to update my mobile number. But they dont respond. Or tell to udpdate from website. But i dont get OTP as my number enterd is wrong. Last 15days i am communicating but they reply witout reading and understanding

One of the worst office. I visited 2 times and both the time the male Staff who attended me was in a frustrating mode. He shouted his security guard for no reason. There was almost a big fight taking place. Will never visit this place again. Worst than the government office.

They do not respond to enquires related with closure of account. The number does not work. The payment gateway will not send OTP and they make it as difficult as possible to make sure the payment is made. when the daily interest changes the foreclosure amount, I think anyone would be a little irritated.
