Horrible customer service. Untrained staff with a horrible attitude problem. No wonder people choose other banks over this one. Even an omelette pao wala has better customer service than these people.

I WONDER WHY BOI HAV EVEN INSTALLED CASH DEPOSIT MACHINES AT ATMS IF THEY HAVE PLANNNED TO KEEP IT NONFUNCTIONAL ..SUCH LONG TIME THE MACHINES ARE NOT FUNCTIONING SERVICE SUCKS ! THANK YOU
