So much cooperative staff and so quick service. Customer friendly and easily accessible.i went with some connection issues , they helped me so promptly.
Worst service ever! past 2 weeks we have booked, when we went to inquire about why the cylinder hasn't come it was promised that it would come on a Thursday then when it didn't come it was promised on Friday and now that it's Saturday they are saying it will come on Monday! We are continually waiting at home so that we dont miss the delivery inspite of telling the people working there they are very negligent. THE WORST!
Prompt service for New connection or transfer at Office but hopeless when it comes emergency gas leakage service, servicemen delays his visit by many hours not understanding the seriousness of the situation.
Good & Cooperative staff. But timings must at least till 6 pm.
