I purchased a new sim 4days ago they told me to recharge of 153 plan for 28 days bh I tld him do of 108 plan bh D person working there said that 108 won't work... In 2days he suggested my sim would be active bh it did got activate bh I didn't get recharge.. I called customer service he told me to recharge of 108 to available startup of sim... That z a wrong thing this person working there does I got recharge 2dae morning but oly fr 28 days bh if had done 108 I would get for 2 months

A worst place for BSNL service. I went here for porting my number twice. Everytime this fellow commits mistake and make customer suffer. I had to follow up a lot to get the number ported. Doesn't responds for the phone call as well. Ultimately I couldn't port my other number. I would suggest you to go to BSNL office instead of this franchise.
