From last 4 times the staff are giving the same reason for card payments. Such a huge brand like Chumbak can't give petty excuses for such a small thing. The reason for not accepting cards is the network problem but the other stores on the same street are accepting cards. This is a problem which must be solved by the staff. The staff is also not cooperating and back answering the customers. The service was very bad! Not satisfied at all.

It’s great that Chumbak now has a presence in Goa. It’s a great store and having it on MG road brings a great glamour. Good products and you should check out their kitchen accessories and bags. They are great. Priced at the same price as online, you can also buy it from here. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Check them out for sure :)
