Work is too much slow, u should stand in big queue for hours together, come early morning so that u can go back early. And there is no place to to sit for waiting queue they will keep all people outside the building gate.

The lady on extension line 6 is extremely rude. I was trying to explain what my situation is but she wasn't even ready to hear what i had to say. She was talking to me with a attitude for some reason. If she doesn't know how talk to people tell her resign.

I called a while ago to the consulate as i need to do the renewal of the passport as i am unable to make an online appointment. The lady officer at extension 6 who answered my call was extremely rude and seemed very frustrated. She dint even want to hear my query and tells me to read whats online...when i am actually trying to tell her that i cant view the form online that i am required to fill to get the appointment fixed. Its my first time and i think she needs to guide the caller how to go about it rather then being extremely rude. I told her why she is being so rude? And she can answer me in a polite way. She just hanged the phone! I mean who the hell appoints such people with no telephone etiquettes, that to at a consulate. Please be reminded that you are not doing a favour for the citizens of portugal or tourists. If you have no patience and basic etiquette better sit at home. You are paid to do your job and not a favour.

Its been more than year that i am not getting Already scheduled BI appointment and consulate is still not open for distrupted appointments of BI ,missed due to lockdown. It is impractical to wait for one year just for appointments. Staff is so inefficient that dont give proper information. There are many consulates of other nationalities in india but have not seen such an inefficient staff . The lady who attends the phone calls for queries has no basic etiquettes to talk and very rude . If they dont know how to work properly for which they are paid for they should better sit at home as they are not doing people favour .

I had an appointment for the renewal of my passport on 14th September 2020. Then i got an appointment of 23rd October 2020 to collect my passport, unfortunately due to my exams i had to send my dad to collect it,but there was a misprint in my power of attorney so he couldn't collect it. Any idea how much time does it take to get another appointment for the collection of passport?
