A very good collection of books. But I was defrauded by them. I'm sharing the pictures of the bill and the actual price tag on the product and you can see. The tote bag I purchased was 400 inclusive of all taxes; however, I was charged 500 in the final bill! It seems like a way of embezzling money by the staff. I hope the owner looks into it.

It's obviously good to see Book shops filled with books. You will get books which are common in the market,though the shop executive will ask your choice of book and order in one or two days.

Excellent choice of books on various topics neatly arranged along with stationary & accessories. My choice of shop for gifts for toddlers to Oldies. Store split on two levels is very spacious & staff is helpful.

I have to say that it's another mediocre book store which is not able to stand up to the standard of the crossword brand. They have very limited collection and their book arrangement is terrible. They have put books on Mahatma Gandhi and Bhagat Singh in the mythology section which showed complete ignorance from the staff part. Hope they put some extra effort in organising the books in future.

It was one of my best experiences in Goa. Also, I had never been to a Crossword bookstore so as my first it was all the more satisfying. Bought books that normally would be available in limited numbers if at all and then also exorbitantly priced in other bookshops or even through Amazon. Well organized: books were sorted to my utter delight based on popularity as well as genre Peaceful and quiet: a book lover's retreat A lot of schemes available: to satiate the desi in you Go and spend a good hour in the bookshop at the very least Great location and convenient parking.

It’s good as other crossword book stores, but they didn’t accept my crossword membership card stating that they are franchise. Now how come crossword is giving memberships, and why does it matter to be franchise, it’s a brand which has comply by rules of crossword brand.
