I could not agree more on the previous reviews. She is a terrible as a human being. She took my documents and when i was unhappy with the service refused to give my documents back. Not only that but she said i spoiled her buisness reputation and started blackmailing me.
She told that passport will come in 6 months now it's been 7 months Portuguese passport has not been reached every day I go shop is closed and even not answering the phone call/ fedup actually
Please do not go to this lady as she is a cheat. She just took papers from my mother Annie Ribeiro and said to pay 2 lakhs, my brother went with a 1 lakh, she took the money and did not give receipt, only after i receive 1 lakh more, i will start your process. She directly sends the documents to Portugal, without even checking the papers. The process was held and this lady did not do anything. She was paid in 2011, and did not return the money till now. She just returned Rs 40,000 on 9 July 2018, after so many years and saying that she had taken only Rs 60 thousand and Rs 20,000 is for all the paper work. Please dont fall in her trap, as she has cheated many people. takes money and does not give money back if she is not able to complete your registration work.
It is fake. The response is very bad. They are just computer operators and do not take responsibility of checking ur documents. But charge you like bomb . The lady their will pose as if she knows everything. Do not trust otherwise u will be running around at last moment like I did because they don't know their job. Their are better aware agencies in goa at same price who will get ur work done and take full responsibility.
