Good afternoon friends,, I am writing this review as a testimony if the services that many members of my family have enjoyed at Frank Opticians which is a family run business. My Father, wife and daughter are very well looked after by the owners with person attention always. I still have Good vision but now since I'm getting older I will also be going to Frank for my reading glasses. I enthusiastically recommend my friends to visit the owners on the shop as I can vouch for the service. Best wishes to Dias family and all reading this review.

Top quality lenses & frames at very reasonable prices. They have the biggest variety of eye wear in all of Goa and if they don’t have it in stock they will get it for you. They are very helpful and will go out of their way to find the best solution for you. Strongly recommended.
Most overpriced and unreliable optician in Panjim. My family has been buying from Frank for over a decade now. My parents only use reading glasses and shades, while I am practically blind without spectacles. None of the spectacles I have bought from Frank have lasted more than a year. Some of them have even broken down within two months. But we returned anyway because of the name and reputation of the father (the original owner). Also, as a child I did not really have much choice and had to stick with whichever shop my parents chose. But Frank has let me down every single time. Most recently I had bought a very expensive and high-end pair of spectacles from Frank Opticians and they broke down within eight months (from normal wear and tear). Frank Opticians had promised me a very 'high quality' frame but that is not what I got. When I went back to the shop, the son (new owner) had the gall to tell me that I don't know how to use glasses and refused to give me my rightful warranty. There is only so much that a customer can tolerate. I will tell you this very clearly- literally every frame that is sold by Frank Opticians is available for less in other shops. The sons make it seem like they are giving you great discounts but they are really not. After this incident, my entire family has sworn never to return to Frank Opticians. In conclusion- Frank is largely overpriced and absolutely untrustworthy. And lol, I am very much real unlike a lot of the fake reviewers this place has
I live in London but I'd shop here anyday over London. They have the best range of sunglasses. Real value for money and great customer service.
If you are ever in need of the best eyewear , you don't have to look far..Frank Opticians has a wide range of spectacles and sunglasses to suit your requirements and pocket..I had a tough time deciding which one to pick up, but I was promptly helped out by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will be definitely visiting again !!
Got my first pair of glasses here a few years back and many more after. The personalised attention and their sound knowledge gives you the comfort you need, when buying something as important as eyewear. Not to forget the wide range of products available. Am absolute must got to place.
