Their website says 24 hr assistance. But not only do they work day hours, they also don't function over the weekends. I had made an online Recharge on a Saturday, which didn't reflect immediately and when I called the numbers listed they said they have no idea why my connection did not Recharge. They then proceeded to offer me their accounting manager's number to follow up. His phone was conveniently unavailable all through the weekend. I only could resolve this issue on Monday morning after constant follow ups. The customer service is pathetic to say the least. You are pretty much left to your own measures. And the internet connection craps out for a whole day at times. So pick your battles well!

Its been 4 days there's no internet , representatives take awfully lot of time to respond. They told me that the link is down due to fiber cut and have been sending me "We are sorry for the inconvenience caused" , thrice in a row now. Its like talking to a freaking chatbot. Very unprofessional.

First Broadband service provider in Goa where you pay monthly subscription for not receiving any service. Their downtime is so frequent that they update their customers through WhatsApp status DNA broadband is the best ISP - No fiber cut issues, very few downtime issues, online recharge available and prompt customer service.

I subscribed to Gwave coz we did not have a lot of options in our area. If you have other options DO NOT make the mistake of subscribing to their service. The installation was NOT completed in time and required multiple followups. Moreover, the technician could not configure the wifi router even after multiple attempts and finally gave up citing issues with the router. I (with minimum knowledge of routers) was able to configure the same within a few minutes after the technician left. The major issue with their service are the frequent downtimes which are now becoming a nuisance. At times the line is down for days and they just kept giving standard responses that it will be up soon and everytime they give me a timeline it is never met. Moreover, they very casually offer compensation if the line continues to be down for 48 hours. Today, internet being down for such a long duration is not acceptable. Customers are looking for a reliable service and NOT compensation.

Its is worst services ever I faced.. took one year premium subscription on top installation fees... now i am facing this problem for 5 months no internet and every month one person call and dont come.... I asked for money back they are not replying and dont send any person for installation....

Been a year since opted for them ingoa and out of 365 days 300 days daily the net will be down for at least a few hours ... If not days... Even during the summer season so let's not get to the rains... Disappointed and dissatisfied...

I've been a gwave user for almost a year now. At the beginning their service was good, but now I face internet issues almost everyday. Their link keeps going down cause of a fibre cut. They claim to provide super fast internet but the speed I receive rarely goes above 40 Mbps. I would recommend new users to skip this internet provider and look for some others instead.
