I called up the customer care, No pleasing response. They said it will take 2 weeks for feasibility report & another 4 weeks to give connection. The reason what he gave is that there are so many pending connections. When all the ISP companies are providing connections within a day or two, we need to wait for 4-6 weeks for you people? I said, Just forget about it and he said Okay sir, No problem! Wow, what a customer care! It's insulting!
