I know nothing of quality of the banking services at this location, but there is a very hard working young lady (working alone) on the second floor with Aadhaar services. ( I believe her name is Sneya) This girl is working in an overwhelming situation, yet never complained and worked like a machine. All the while of processing, I watched her run up and down 2 floors of stairs at least 6 times! Please convey my appreciation to her and recognize her work. After reading your reviews, It seems that HDFC could do with a few more productive workers like this girl. I do hope that this review is read in a timely manner.

If you want to find Karen's .this is the place. Worst service.
Traumatic experience at this branch. It is highly mismanaged and the managers are completely unaware of banking process. Not a place to trust your money with. Technology enablement is also poor and it takes months to get something done. It is better to reach to the customer care on email or phone to solve your questions as the branch staff lack knowledge and ability to manage customers. Worst experience I have ever had in a bank.
Im Experience very Bad Behavior of Staff even Operation manager and Baranch Manager and Securtiy guard. Please Visit other Branch of HDFC if required.

Compare to ALL OTHER Banks STAFF, " HDFC" Clerical and managerial STAFF are very rude, arrogant, dont have manners to talk to the customer, very defensive. They representing HDFC bank with good dress but mouth is not in limit.
