I was at Judah's Roce yesterday where I met Henry. I was expecting an over glorified bartender to be dishing out some standard drinks. I had no prior experience with him or anyone with that skill set. As the party went on I opted for the normal punch. While I was drinking my punch Henry approached me with a cocktail that was small but well decorated. I wasn't expecting a cocktail at that point and i just sipped it to be polite. What happened next was something I could write a book about. There was an explosion of flavours in my mouth. Each sip just made me realise how well every single element in that cocktail was made for each other. I offered a sip to my wife who was in turn very surprised by the taste and wanted me to get her one. Through the night Henry kept smashing out one delight after the other. The taste combinations we so amazing that I lost track of the names of the cocktails that I drank. I could just pick a type of spirit and he whipped out a mind boggling army of flavours blended with magical fairy dust. We had a lot of international guests and everyone of them was raving about the cocktails by the end of the night. There was so much talk of it that it made me google the word mixologist. Henry and his skill set is of another dimension. Highly recommend him and his services.
