Wonderful little B&B. Location is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Situated perfectly in walking distance to many things including the beach and some tasty restaurants. Staff could not have been more pleasant! Answered all of our questions, helped with our problems and was just plain friendly and nice to talk with. Room was clean and cozy. Great night's sleep on a big bed. Fantastic water pressure in a hot and cold shower. Breakfast was so good! Made to order. Lots of options for Indian cuisine or eggs, cereal, etc. Would recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in the city.

Very very pleasant and unbelievable experience for the price. I've stayed in rooms that cost upward of Rs. 2000 per night that were pretty timid in comparison to the room (with balcony) I was given. The place is in a residential area which makes it a very clean and noise free place. The caretakers - Inasio and Ketan are warm and friendly people who'll help you out in whatever ways you expect them to. The breakfast served in the morning changes pretty much everyday with about 3-4 items to chose from. All in all, a simply exceptional experience. Mind you, if this was priced Rs. 1500 and above I'd call it a pleasant experience. But at the price of Rs. 717 (minus taxes) it was simply a super deal. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderfully quaint and unassuming building in the heart of a tranquil neighborhood. Our room was spick and span and the shower was the best one we've experienced in our entire 10 months of traveling. Breakfast was extraordinary, too!

It is advertised as homestay and photos posted as Homestay but only room is usable , and is located in a silent locality which most will not want in a place like Goa.Breakfast is not good and without car this place should be avoided and also they don't have parking.Choose this only if you want to save some bucks.

In their displayed picture it seems that they are offering you full villa but it's not like that they just offer you a single small room which is not worth of price you have to pay for that single room

Breakfast was awesome, very friendly host, everything was clean, quiet neighborhood, near to supermarket, calgulo mall and edu's, only improvement would be WiFi range and speed, beds a little bit hard
