Bad service. Employees just keep harassing the customers over repeated calls. Even after mentioning them the problem none of them seem to record it and try to solve it. My problem was my policy documents ( hard copy) never reached me. All of my last 8-10 from Icici Lombard assured it's gonna take another week. It's been 2 months now. And no sign of my documents. It's so disgraceful Thta the employees even disconnected the call when I start to mention my problem. Utter disgrace.
