I had sent a Registered Letter to U. S. A. With declaration in necessary form and my Aadhar Card. I had sent it thru Saligao P. O., Bardez, Goa. This was sent on 20/02/2021, today it is 15/03/2021 and in tracking it is showing that it is in Mumbai since 22/02/2021. Receipt No is RM533246708IN dt 20/02/2021. The concerned person inquired in U. S. A. and they too checked at there end and informed that the letter is in Mumbai since 22/02/2021. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and oblige. The staff at counter no.6, 7, 8 were extremely useless, just trying to move the customers from one counter to another to get rid of them. They don't know how to do their job, how to serve the customer but very well know about the their lunch timings.for the better development of the country government should get rid of this type of staff.
Worst post office ever staffs are not supportable as they are lazy and doing their work very slow. Mask not compulsory for customers also customers can touch any other unknown customers that was very worst. Government should shut down this worst post office
This Building was once used to store tobacco during Portuguese days. Thus the square is called tobacco square . There is a token system here and one can register parcels from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs on working days . there isnt a dedicated philately counter but it exists .
