The sales executives are polite & cooperative . You are assisted there for selection of item & also all possible finance options. A good place for shopping.

Worst Apple Store in Town! The staff is extremely rude and their customer service is just simply appalling. Had visited the store a few months back. The staff were not at all interested in attending to my queries but all were busy with a customer who had, a few minutes back, purchased an expensive phone... Disgusted by this attitude, I walked out and would never return to this store.

Extremely sad service . So I make a call to the store before travelling all the way just to know that one of the staff lied about the fact that they had the following watch in store when they didn’t . The worse apple store to visit.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THE PANJIM STORE . Disgusting service .

Worst experience ever!!! The staff has no respect and very bad behaviour very inappropriate and does not even care about your time I was happy to purchase a phone online but when I went to this store I regretted my decision

I purchased a iPad that didn’t last more than a year. Better buy from Croma or Amazon. When I approached them with the problem in recharging that cropped up just after a year of purchase they said the battery was gone and there is no replacement in India. Soon after I sold it for throw away price of Rs.700 to a Bangalorean and he got the battery replaced and it continues to do well. Moral of the story: The staff in the Panjim outlet will misguide and are habitually lethargic.
