If You have purchased a headset online , Then please don't visit here they don't do headset repair under warranty, Might try Flipkart or Amazon for the same

Indeed a Bad Service Centre... They took my laptop and said would look into it in a day. No call , I call on the 3rd day and they said that they cannot fix the damaged keyboard. Charged Rs. 300 for the so called inspection charges and no bill was issued. When asked they said system was down and they would mail the Bill to my email address. For over a month now no bill from the HP Service Centre has been sent..... The earlier people who were running the Service Centre were amazing..TRUE to HP Standards... I don't see the current folks adhering to any service standards forget fixing the problem - Nicolas
