I had read about Joseph bar somewhere about how it began and how it was famous during the hippie culture in the past. We found it hard to find the location but when we found it we were happy as soon as we entered it. The bar is a very old rustic structure small place, a old watch shop converted into bar with table and stools and has small balconies.has hand painted art work painting and some bottles and watches as antique display. The atmosphere was good. We had ordered goan special urrak with kokam juice and it was really good. The staff is nice, met Mr Gundu our server he was happy and informative and also made some local friends. The music was great all 80's 90 's They have range of goan and other liqour and starters.

Bar is not very clean. The red cocktail was not so tasty. Tasted like country liquor was mixed in it. I had gone with my girlfriend and her sister. The waiter was an elderly man who was continuously flirting and trying to touch the girls. It was very obnoxious after a while. He was casually placing hand on their shoulders and hugging some other girl guests. I dont think it was normal. Quite rude of the waiter to do that.
