Great architecture by world renowned architect, Charles correa. Serene ambiance by the bank od river mandovi. But , poorly maintained.

Walking distance from Miramar beach. The sidewalk lined with trees. Moderate activity on the road. Kala academy is open for all. From morning till sunset. A nice cafeteria inside. A beautiful garden overlooking mandovi river complete with seating arrangements for you to enjoy the view. Do stay around till sunset though for the best experience. Various exhibitions and festivals are organized all through the year to keep the visitors engaged. Whether you like painting, dance,movies or music there will always be something for you. And if nothing else there's always the spectacular view. Definitely stroll around if you have the time.

Really wanted to visit it as it is designed by Ar. Charles Correa. Everything was closed by the time we reached but enjoyed just being in the space. The spaces are open and enhance social interaction. Nice little canteen overlooking the courtyard. There is a walkway behind the campus that offer some great views of the Mandovi River at night. Loved it!
