I loved the way they treat the customers. I wanted a new look with a new hair cut which I had seen on one of the pic on social media.. I showed the pic to the hairdresser (her name is Grace) and to my surprise she did exactly the way it was in the pic, can say much better than the pic.. I just loved it. Would strongly recommend this salon specially for hair cuts, spa and colour. Thank you Grace, u have done a wonderful job.

The place was an absolute fab. The guy who cut my hair and colored it, Lucky, was a true pro. The great thing about the place was that they are really professional and also have a lot of patience. For me the main thing was he actually is able to understand what I wanted though it was something out of the box. The 4 stars was for that the color is coming off while washing my hair but that would be just right if temporary color is what you are looking for. Edit. The color dye used isn't good. It's irritating to the eyes as it washes off while washing my hair.

I haven't been to a hairdresser for over 10 years when I visited Lucky at the Reborn Salon in Santa Cruz this weekend, and it was amazing. I wanted a complete change of look - both in terms of hair cut and colour, and Lucky delivered on both. A really amazing cut and fantastic result on the colour side. I feel like the look has taken off 10 years in my appearance, and all my friends and family are raving about it. So I have to say a massive thank you to Lucky and the Reborn team in Santa Cruz for their amazing work. I'll for sure be back for all my cuts and colouring from now on.
