Good friendly staff. But I also feel that they at times try to sell a particular brand which they get comission for. This is purely my personal believe as I encountered this multiple Times. Other than this everything is fine again to be mentioned staffs are good but if you don't know what exactly you want they might suggest (not force) to buy a particular brand

Worst beauty store I have ever visited. Customer service is very poor. If you wish to visit the store than pĺease wear your high heels and make-up otherwise they will show you the exit door. The only local brand available at the store is Nykka. International brands- Most products are out of stock. Although I got few products but most of the items were out of stock so now I have to order from the Nykka app. Better to sit at home and order online from the app rather than wasting your time at Nykaa Luxe store Nykaa Luxe please tutor your store humans or else you'll loose our customer relation at the Luxe store. Thank you.

Well.. Nykaa itself is a brand and you can comfortably shop online for all your needs.. However this particular branch I had a bad experience... The staff over here quite rude and really judge on the looks... I was in my official attire so the guy was least bothered to clarify my doubts and was impatient to run towards the other customers who flanted their presence and ended up buying anything... So there on now I try to just order online and if it's extremely urgent than only I visit this particular place...

Went to the Nykaa store in Panjim. Great range of products and well displayed. Was a fun experience, thanks to Apurva . I had earlier given a negative review due to a misunderstanding. But all resolved.

I purchased a foundation and compact. She didn't gave me a correct shade.she gave me wrong because she wanted to finish the stock.all workers r like that only.l flet really depressed.all workmanship r fooling and cheating people. please replace my products to match my skin tone.they dont have the phone in that store.

Visited the store on 6th November 2020. Some of the sales girls are good and another couple of sales girl are pushy, and need etiquette to speak politely to customers. These two girls will push you to buy products even if you are not interested post enquiring and after seeing that, only then they will tell you about the offers. They are not transparent about the offers, plus will try to push products that are available, incase the products you are looking for is not in stock. Products on shelf are good.
