Has ample paid parking space infront of the office at 20/hr... The office well maintained with gated \u200d️security... It has a ramp for all differently abled people too... The building is well maintained and highly lit... Sufficient navigation information is given at all steps Passport service.. The staff is prompt, speak regional as well as English fluently... This building also has a photocopy facility incase the documents need to be scanned again... The TV at display your token status and which counter to approach at all levels... Each cubicle has a designated person with DSLR cameras worth 40k each.. The applicant gets to see his details being entered too... Washroom is decent and clean... Overall the process is quite smooth and easy provided your documents are genuine and visually clear. Only advice I would give to a new applicant is that get your Originals of the documents that you submit and take 2 photocopies of each one..Also to avail their optional SMS tracking of application carry 50/- ...This optional service comes in handy to track on your phone itself.

A calm place and busy place... outside the gate you'll see a bunch of people waiting to get inside...an appointment is very much necessary for entry...or else you'd simply waste your time there for nothing. Yet inside the work is done almost fast...it depends on what kind of work you've got to be done there.

Super fantastic staff at passport office. The first counter of verification and second counter for clicking passport photo is managed by TCS ( Tata Consultancy Services). Thanks to Indian govt for handling this to them. They are polite and good courtesy. I got my passport renewed first day and New Passport got delivered it next day thru speed post. Many years before it used to take at least 3-4 months for passport to be delivered. Thanks to PSK Panaji, Goa for super lightening speed of New Passport delivery.

Very well managed system here..safety and hygiene is maintained..Within half and hour I finished my passport renewal process ..staf is polite and ready to help..Parking space is ample..very quick process..no long ques ..Indian passport service has become high-tech so all the troubles which were there in past has gone..it has become very easy to take an appointment online and visit on given time..

I had an amazing experience today. Everyone here was polite, had a smile and were efficient. Be it the security guards, the lady who is in charge of the Xerox to the staff who verify your documents to the officers. I was all clear in 30 mins!
