I bought a pair of running shoes from this store awhile back, and they've been great. However, I've had to rate this store with 1 star, because the customer service was terrible. The staff I talked to had no knowledge about the products they were selling me. Every question I had was met with a "Yes, sir" - even if they DIDN'T understand the question. After I jogged on the treadmill (which was literally bouncing), and told the store attendant that the treadmill might be broken. All he had to say was "Yes, sir" - as if it was normal to have a bouncing treadmill. Walking over to the Nike store across the street, and talking to the staff over there, I could see that they were much, much more informed and competent than the Reebok staff. They even gave me information about the Reebok shoe I was looking at in the first store - information that the Reebok staff, themselves, didn't know! After browsing both stores, I ended up buying the shoes at Reebok because they suited me better. I got home to realise that they gave me the wrong size - twice! The conversation that followed, over the phone, was a joke. It was like talking to actual robots. TLDR; Great product, lousy customer service. Edit: I would like to add, the Reebok staff were pleasant individuals. I just wish they were better informed about their products.
