Cheaters of the highest order. Do not place any orders through Zomato. Zomato and MFC Royal Inn are hand in glove to loot unsuspecting customers. I ordered Chicken Schezwan Rice on 25 March at 2318 hrs. They sent me plain rice. I called up the restaurant and the owner said that since they were closing down they just sent whatever was available. He said he will refund me and sent me Rs.30 through Google Pay whereas I had spent Rs.127. He stopped taking my calls and then when I contacted him through Google Pay he refused to attend the same. I raised the issue with Zomato who simply refunded me Rs.63 and told me that is the best they could do. I do not know what are customers supposed to do when Zomato is hand in glove with such unscrupulous restaurants to loot unsuspecting customers. It is still listed on the app and looking to trap new customers. Instead of penalising the restaurant by removing it from their app Zomato is encouraging it by not taking any action.

Okay food. Naan was hard. Butter chicken was good but had 3 pieces of chicken for 200 rupees is not worth the money.
